Service Description

The initial consultation provides a space for listening and understanding your current situation, the difficulties you are experiencing and how they manifest in the body, emotions and nervous system. Through a somatic, trauma-sensitive approach, we seek to understand patterns of response to stress and create conditions for greater safety, regulation and body awareness. The support process respects each person's pace and needs, fostering a safer relationship with the body, emotions and one's own experience. Cancellation and rescheduling: The appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to the professional's availability.
